Ten Nigerian players are now at the Super Eagles camp ahead of AFCON 2021
Peter Olayinka, Francis Onyekuru, and Henry Onyekuru are the most recent additions to the Super Eagles Abuja camp ahead of the 2021 AFCON.
The Super Eagles’ media crew has revealed that the three players are the most recent to report to camp.
With the addition of the three to the team, the total number of players has risen to ten, with more on the way. While Onyekuru and Uzoho will be appearing in their second AFCON, this will be Olayinka’s first appearance.
The Eagles will be aiming for a fourth AFCON title after winning it in South Africa in 2013.
They won the bronze medal at the previous event in Egypt, defeating Tunisia in the third-place match.
This year’s campaign will begin with a heavyweight showdown against Egypt, seven-time winners.
