Fans troll Arsenal after losing Premier League top spot to Man City
Fans descended on Arsenal on Wednesday night for losing their top position in the Premier League after a 3-1 loss to Manchester City.
Bukayo Saka’s equaliser from the penalty spot was not enough to inspire the hosts at the Emirates Stadium as second-half goals from Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland powered Man City to a crucial lead.
Arsenal are winless in their last four games, after a 1-0 loss to Man City in the FA Cup followed by a 1-0 defeat at Everton and a 1-1 draw against Brentford over the weekend.
The Gunners’ latest result has left fans to worry about their ability to end the club’s long-wait for a Premier League title since the 2003-04 season.
