284views

The Super Eagles is set to resume AFCON duties, after a three-day rest, against Tunisia in the round of 16. The Napoli striker wish the West African side a good luck as they take on the Carthage Eagles tomorrow.

Victor Osimhen was initially part of the Nigeria squad to Cameroon, but he could not make the trip after testing positive to corona virus.

However, he has been showing support for the team since the start of the tournment. His latest support is a good luck wish for the Super Eagles as they square up against Tunisia, tomorrow 20.00.

He posted on his verified twitter handle “Goodluck to the Super Eagles and SSC Napoli in Tomorrow’s Encounter against Tunisia and Salernitana”.

Fortunately, Osimhen has returned to action for Napoli on January 17 in a Serie A match against Bologna.

If the Super Eagles defeat the Carthage Eagles tomorrow, they will face either Burkina Faso or Gabon in the quarter finals.
