Equatorial Guinea caused a big upset at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon after surprisingly beating the defending champions Algeria 1-0.
Esteban scored the only goal of the game in the 70th minute with a cool finish.
Algeria afterwards threw all they have got into the game to get something out of it but it was to no avail as the Thunders held on to their win.
This was the first ever meeting between the two sides in any competition.
Up next for Equatorial Guinea is the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone on Thursday in their last group match.
Sierra Leone had earlier played out a 2-2 draw with Ivory Coast.
